This evolving position offers you a stimulating framework where clinical work, innovative projects, and commitment combine daily.Job DescriptionIntervene within a team for individuals presenting addiction-related disorders requiring specialized care and management in addiction treatment as part of the multidisciplinary team. Be a driving force in the evolution of addiction treatment within the Mental Health Pole by contributing to projects and the development of integrated systems guaranteeing high standards and comprehensive care for addictive behaviors. Actively participate in care projects and continuous training in addiction within the establishment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans suitable for individuals affected by addictions. Establish and maintain strong professional ties with general practitioners and network partners to facilitate fluid communication and follow-up for individuals benefiting from in-depth treatment in addiction psychotherapy. You also hold the FMH specialist title (or equivalent). You have proficient French skills at C1 level and possess confirmed clinical experience, ideally in a hospital context. Experience in an academic environment would also be appreciated. You have solid skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making. Your practical and theoretical expertise allows you to manage complex and emotionally intense situations with ease. You work autonomously while respecting protocols, clinical standards, and the establishment's values. You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and communicate easily with various members of the care network.
