Seize this opportunity!YOUR MISSIONAs a Specialized Nurse, you ensure a clinical reference role within the institution in order to promote expert, personalized, and evidence-based care for residents and their families. You accompany multidisciplinary teams in the management of complex care situations, support the implementation of care plans, and promote the development of professional skills. Through your expertise, you contribute to the continuous improvement of care, to the maintenance of high-quality standards, as well as to the development of a clinical culture. You intervene as a resource person with professionals, accompany change processes, participate in the analysis of recurring situations, and propose innovative and scientifically founded solutions. You collaborate closely with managers, field professionals, internship supervisors (PF), specialized nurses (FEE), as well as internal partners in order to support the supervision of students and interns in training.
