Solar Energy Specialist Ittigen, Switzerland (and remote work) | % (job sharing possible) What you can contribute: Strengthen and develop photovoltaics in and on buildings, particularly by encouraging self-consumption through heating, electricity storage, and electric mobility. Implement and develop encouragement for ground-mounted solar systems (notably those from the solar offensive), in cooperation with project authors and federal and cantonal authorities. Continue to develop photovoltaic encouragement (unique remuneration, floating bonus X, buyback and remuneration) with the existing team. Develop measures and other tools to further reduce barriers to solar energy (within the framework of the Swiss Energy program). Respond to questions from the political world, economic circles, or citizens, primarily in French and German. What makes you unique: Degree X in a technical field or in sciences combined with good knowledge of solar technologies, the energy sector, and the political context. Proven experience in project management and professional or continued experience in photovoltaic field and cost accounting. Very good writing skills and conceptual ease. Ability to manage conflicts, talent for negotiation, and persuasive strength. Good active knowledge of at least one second language, and if possible, passive knowledge of a third language, along with good knowledge of English.
