A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the people welcomed a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a set of skills adapted to their needs and desires. Integrated into Eben-Hézer, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann. In this capacity, it considers the happiness of the people welcomed as the primary goal of its action.MissionThe Le Laurier group is a living space welcoming adults with intellectual impairments who require individualized support promoting well-being, particularly through care and activities centered around the 5 senses. In this context, residents actively participate in outings, sports and cultural activities, various leisure activities, as well as camps. To complete the team, we are looking for a social educator.Desired Profile- Hold a HES or ES diploma.- Have experience in the field of multiple disabilities, an ease with care and non-verbal communication.- Know how to take initiatives, have team spirit and a sense of responsibility.- Be dynamic and master standard tools, possess a driver's license and be willing to work irregular hours, including during weekends.Working ConditionsWe offer you the opportunity to take part in a meaningful project and to evolve in a work environment conducive to the fulfillment of the mission and your professional development.
