Being responsible means to me being a bit like a conductor: carrying a vision, mobilizing everyone's strengths, and creating a collective dynamic around a common project; that of the proper functioning of the home and the progress of the people who live there.Your key missionsYou are responsible for monitoring and conducting interviews, setting up a personalized action plan, supporting beneficiaries in their social and professional integration, and coordinating with internal partners while ensuring compliance with the rules.Your profile- You have a Bachelor’s degree in social work (recognition by SEFRI if the diploma is foreign).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.- You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and insurance systems. - You have excellent French (oral and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage. - You have a strong interest in the field of social work.What we offer- A supportive work environment with a commitment to social engagement. - A continuous training policy to advance in your career.- 5 weeks of vacation (6 weeks from age 50).- Very good social benefits. - Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context.
