The Police Social Support and Proximity Intervener (ISAP) for the Police Nord Vaudois at 80% The Police Nord Vaudois (PNV) ensures the safety and quality of life of over inhabitants every day. In this context, the Public Security Service of the City of Yverdon-les-Bains is looking for a Social Support and Proximity Intervener (ISAP) for the Police Nord Vaudois at 80%. Your main tasks: Provide support and expertise to PNV agents on psychosocial, mental health or conflict issues. Intervene during unforeseen and/or sensitive events (family conflicts, crises, accidents, potentially concerning events). Provide emotional support to the people involved, encourage the expression of their needs and assist them in accessing care. Guide people in difficulty towards the appropriate structures while ensuring fluid communication between the concerned actors. Propose, coordinate and implement adapted follow-ups for those necessitating a targeted approach. Develop and strengthen links with social and health partners, professionals, and economic actors in the Nord Vaudois. Contribute to the rise of societal perceptions, local dynamics, and security issues. Participate in internal actions and profile: Bachelor's degree in social work or a university Bachelor's degree in psychology or complementary sciences, preferred experience in the fields of addiction, precariousness/low threshold, project management, emergency psychology, or equivalent, or willingness to follow training in supporting vulnerable individuals and conflict resolution. Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to co-construct, with a spirit of collaboration and openness, autonomy. Proficient writing skills in French and good mastery of standard tools. Occasional availability in the evening or on weekends according to the needs of activities, meetings, or events.
