For one of our clients based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Social Insurance Case Manager at 80% for a temporary mission of 6 months.Responsibilities: - Review individual cases and identify social support mobilizable according to current regulations.- Ensure follow-up of procedures with the relevant organizations: updating files, handling requests and payments related to social insurance.- Manage payments for individuals without activity and perform necessary tasks.- Draft letters, decisions, and documents.- Update the professional tool and process the checklists.- Respond to questions from beneficiaries and partners, providing clear and structured support.- Participate in meetings, telephone support sessions, and exchanges.Profile: - CFC of commercial employee or equivalent. - Minimum of 3 years of experience ideally in the social, insurance, or public health field.- Knowledge of social insurance: a must.- Comfortable with common tools and precise in data processing.- Ability to analyze, autonomy, reliability, and capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.- Excellent service skills and the ability to collaborate.- Interest in social issues and adaptability to a changing environment.If you enjoy working in a structured manner, in a human and committed context, we would be pleased to consider your application. jid7318743aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
