We are looking for
A social educator on a permanent contract at 90% and a social educator on a fixed-term contract at 80%
Your responsibilities, at the heart of our mission
- In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you are a key pillar in supporting children in their daily lives, promoting their well-being and healthy development
- Propose and lead specific activities for children, taking into account their developmental age
- Support and assist parents in their parenting role
- Participate in the development and implementation of the socio-educational concept
- Maintain a harmonious organisation within the home, respecting legal and institutional frameworks
- Manage administrative aspects related to the monitoring of children
- Collaborate effectively with network partners, particularly placement services
- Contribute to the smooth running of the home by undertaking cross-functional and logistical tasks

Let’s talk about you and your skills
- You hold a diploma as a social educator HES, ES, Curative Pedagogy (if foreign diploma equivalent, SEFRI recognition mandatory),
- You have confirmed professional experience (10 years) in the field of child protection, including 5 years in early childhood,
- You have already worked in residential care and have experience working in networks and with families in difficulty,
- Child development, care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders and the Vaud child protection network are familiar to you
- You are recognised for your empathy, stress management and ability to work in a team,
- You hold a full driving licence.
