• In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you are a key pillar in supporting children in their daily lives, promoting their well-being and healthy development
• Propose and lead specific activities for children, taking into account their developmental age
• Support and assist parents in their parenting role
• Participate in the development and implementation of the socio-educational concept
• Maintain a harmonious organisation within the home, respecting legal and institutional frameworks
• Manage administrative aspects related to the monitoring of children
• Collaborate effectively with network partners, particularly placement services
• Contribute to the smooth running of the home by undertaking cross-functional and logistical tasks

Let’s talk about you and your skills

• You hold a diploma as a social educator HES, ES, Curative Pedagogy (if foreign diploma equivalent, SEFRI recognition mandatory),
• You have confirmed professional experience (10 years) in the field of child protection, including 5 years in early childhood,
• You have already worked in residential care and have experience working in networks and with families in difficulty,
• Child development, care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders and the Vaud child protection network are familiar to you
• You are recognised for your empathy, stress management and ability to work in a team,
• You hold a full driving licence.
