As part of our expansion in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, we are looking for our social educator for the La Côte region (Vaud) with a start date of June 1st. You are a motivated person willing to take on the challenge of setting up a new structure with the support of a committed and close-knit team. You have a background in social education or a specialized experience, and our mission resonates with your interests? Then, we would love to get to know you and briefly present our job: you will be responsible for the pedagogical aspect and work independently. Within a small team, you will apply and optimize our support concept daily with activities and methodological and didactic projects. You will actively support our learners and practice with them social skills and soft skills in work settings, closely collaborating with sector stakeholders (vocational schools, inter-company courses) as well as partner companies.
