Located in Echichens, we are seeking a social worker at 80% on a fixed-term contract whose main mission is to support children and youth aged between 6 and 18 years within an open protection facility operating 365 days a year, in accordance with the definition provided by the services. Mission: - Provide supportive and reassuring assistance- Implement projects centered on the skills and needs of the welcomed children and adolescents - Participate in various networks with partners - Be an active participant in institutional projects.Required profile: - A degree in social work or an equivalent qualification - Proven experience with children in difficulty - A supportive posture attentive to the needs of children including those of the group - Proven experience in transdisciplinary work (educational, therapeutic, and a sense of autonomy), as well as adaptability and flexibility - Knowledge of the youth system would be a plus - Holder of a driver's license Start date: April 1st Interested?
