In this framework, it manages a living and working space in the form of a village, located in the municipality of Bernex, welcoming residents as well as external beneficiaries and promoting an inclusive, humane, and professional approach to support and strengthen its team. Aigues-Vertes is looking for an Assistant whose mission consists of ensuring support and monitoring for a group of people living with an intellectual disability, significant autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and behavioral disorders. You will organize and animate the daily life of these individuals within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to their development. You hold a diploma in Social Education (ASE) and have confirmed experience in the field of disability and with an ASD audience. You have attended several training courses in the field of autism. Equipped with a constructive spirit, you are flexible and versatile, able to work autonomously, in a team, or in a network. You are proficient with standard tools and hold a driving license.
