The Early Childhood Service (SDPE) is responsible for implementing the City of Geneva's policy in favor of early childhood by managing municipal childcare facilities and supporting the subsidized facilities. In order to complete our teams at the Eglantyne-Jebb childcare facility for the upcoming school year, we are looking for Assistants. Your mission and responsibilities: - Welcome and support beneficiaries, aiming to provide quality care in the nursery, in accordance with current regulations. - Contribute to and implement actions related to the institutional and pedagogical project of the Early Childhood Service. - Supervise and evaluate interns or apprentices in the childcare field and engage in discussions with individuals representing children. - Participate in profiling groups. - Hold a recognized assistant diploma. - Demonstrate excellent listening skills, good stress management, and ease in communication. - Show a spirit of teamwork and a sense of responsibility. - Mastering English is an asset.
