We are building the future with you… Site Manager for Bex and Production 100% We are building the future with you… Swiss Salines SA produces and transforms high-quality salt for various fields in its three saltworks in Riburg, Schweizerhalle, and Bex. We employ around 300 people committed to the industry. We are looking for a Site Manager for Bex and Production 100% role. You will be responsible for managing the production site of Bex for our wide portfolio of products. In close collaboration with your management team, you will plan and ensure the entire production process of the Bex saltworks. As a future plant manager, you will be the central link between the implementation of our projects and Bex and Production 100% Site. What you can accomplish with us:- Ensure overall management of production as well as maintenance, logistics, and mining departments- Define and implement production goals in line with the company's strategy- Lead, encourage, and develop the team and build future-oriented skills- Establish and manage KPI systems to sustainably improve performance and excellence (OPEX)- Take responsibility for budgets, investment planning, and cost center management- Utilize and optimize energy production through our hydroelectric plant, including energy forecasts and collaboration with local partners.Your professional and personal qualities:- University degree (ETH/HES/University) or equivalent qualifications in engineering sciences, chemical engineering, and/or pharmaceuticals- Several years of experience as a production manager or in the food, life sciences, chemical and/or pharmaceutical industries- In-depth knowledge of industrial processes (continuous & excellence management and project management)- Experience in maintenance, processes, and LEAN methods- Strong leadership and decision-making skills- French as a native language, very good knowledge of German, particularly oral skills.What we offer you:- Hierarchy and openness to ideas- Motivating work environment- Company culture that encourages and excites- Employment conditions with a top-notch pension scheme- Sports offers in the company and other benefits.With us, you are not just a number, but an essential link and pillar for the active development of our organization.
