We are looking for one of our clients based in Lausanne, the following: Site Manager for various projects between 2 and 15 million CHF, new projects, and Site Manager - Lausanne.MISSION DESCRIPTIONComplete management of the sites (technical & financial follow-up). Management of schedules, costs, and quality. Writing submissions, analyzing and comparing companies, site meetings, managing price calculations (a real plus). Management of new projects and ideally confirmed experience of several years in General Contracting or Project Management in Switzerland, completing the construction cycle on medium-sized projects. Comfortable with pricing, technical aspects, standards, and financial management.
