Beschreibung
- Federal VET Diploma in mechanics or equivalent training
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Programming knowledge (GIBBSCAM software knowledge is a strong asset)
- Proficiency with control equipment and plan reading
- Proven experience in machining: turning and milling
- Day shifts initially, then transition to 2x8 shifts within 1 to 2 years
- Rigorous, organised person with a good team spirit
- Perform setups and adjustments on 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centres
- Ensure monitoring
- Perform setups and adjustments on 3 and 5 axis CNC preparation machines
- Carry out dimensional and aesthetic inspections of components
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing and production methods
- Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators
