For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a: Confirmed Residential and Luxury Real Estate Broker Your missions: You will ensure the overall management of the sale of an apartment or villa: Prospecting, compiling the sales file, establishing brokerage agreements, conducting visits, Defining the marketing approach for the sale, Managing offers and sales agreements, You provide personalized support to clients (mandators and buyers) throughout the entire sales process. You maintain and develop relationships with our various networks and partners, whether at the cantonal, regional level, or manage relations with all intermediaries/business providers, notaries, architects, promoters, and establishments. You collaborate with your broker colleagues from different agencies within the group to facilitate referrals in the Alps or in other agencies of the group. Profile of the candidate: You have confirmed experience in the field of residential resale real estate (minimum 2 years). You have an established wide network in Lausanne and the surrounding area. Field-oriented with a strong taste for prospecting, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are fluent in French. You can express and write fluently in English. Proficiency in another language is an asset. Your commercial approach, listening skills, and adaptability are essential for success in this position. Flexible and available, you demonstrate a real team spirit and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You have a good mastery of tools (Outlook, Excel, Word…).
