Our client is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to ensure the complete management of a portfolio of institutional properties located in the region.Your daily tasks:- Technical management of real estate assets: monitoring maintenance subscriptions, claims management, control and validation of work, as well as invoices and budget control.- Portfolio analysis: regular monitoring of movements (vacancies, renewals), continuous performance monitoring, and implementation of improvement actions.- Relationship management: primary contact for the owner, tenants, and artisans/contractors.- You will work in synergy with two assistants to orchestrate administrative and technical management activities.- Key management: handling of premises, entry and exit processes.- Complex cases: handling of specific situations, dispute management, and representation of the owner before competent authorities.Your profile:- Previous experience in a similar role in Switzerland.- Ease of communication, sense of diplomacy, and ability to negotiate.- A taste for both administrative tasks and technical monitoring.- Mastery of tenancy law and good knowledge of building technology.- Very good spelling and strong writing skills.- Great rigor, sense of organization, and teamwork.- Driver's license and private vehicle available.- Comfortable with standard office tools.Ready to take on a new challenge and give your career a boost?
