## Job Description ##

Key Responsibilities



* Portfolio Management:

* Design, implement, and actively manage multi-asset portfolios across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and derivatives
* Deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns aligned with client mandates and firm objectives
* Apply top-down macro views alongside rigorous bottom-up security selection
* Asset Allocation & Strategy:

* Develop and articulate tactical and strategic asset allocation views
* Contribute to the Investment Committee and drive house views
* Monitor global macroeconomic developments, market trends, and geopolitical risks
* Risk Management:

* Ensure robust portfolio construction with disciplined risk budgeting
* Oversee liquidity, drawdown, and volatility management
* Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls
* Client Engagement:

* Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and institutional clients
* Present investment strategies and performance in a clear, compelling manner
* Support business development initiatives and client acquisitions
* Collaboration & Leadership:

* Work closely with senior management in shaping the investment offering
* Mentor junior investment professionals where relevant
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of investment processes and tools

## The Successful Applicant ##

Candidate Profile



* Minimum 10-15 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably within a leading international asset manager or investment bank
* Demonstrated expertise in multi-asset investing with a strong performance track record
* Background in a top-tier Anglo-Saxon financial institution strongly preferred
* Deep understanding of global financial markets, asset allocation frameworks, and portfolio construction techniques
* Strong communication and client-facing skills with high credibility
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a boutique, agile environment
* Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent strongly preferred
