To strengthen its Medicine department at the Moutier site, we are seeking the following specialist: Position Description Lead the clinical activity at the managerial level in internal medicine and participate in the on-call rotation of managerial doctors, ensuring optimal and secure patient care. Train and supervise physicians while coordinating care with nursing teams and other specialties to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Actively contribute to the development of the internal medicine service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to institutional projects and the Arc Network, all while guaranteeing the rigorous following of medical files, treatments, and interventions, and providing continuous support. Requirements: Hold a specialist title in Internal Medicine FMH (or equivalent recognized), or have a MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or be in the process of obtaining it. Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in a physician role. Demonstrated experience in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work, and team responsibilities.
