It provides a flexible working environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life, as well as conditions that encourage skill development and sharing of knowledge and experiences.Senior Legal Advisor / Legal Affairs Department - Shared Services / 80% / In the legal affairs service, you are a resource person on legal questions, with solid expertise in public law, including public service and health law. Your missions and responsibilities include processing legal files under your responsibility assigned by the director of legal affairs, particularly in the areas of health law, responding to various queries from field professionals in their decision-making and sanctioning processes, providing legal opinions or handling criminal complaints, reports to the Adult and Child Protection Tribunal (TPAE), and legal memoranda. You will review correspondence and documents related to personnel file management and adult protection, process appeals, and represent the institution before judicial bodies, as well as provide legal and legislative expertise in drafting laws, regulations, directives, and agreements. You will support decision-making bodies in lifting professional secrecy and medical confidentiality before TPAE and mediation bodies in order to find amicable legal solutions. You will monitor legal developments regarding laws, jurisprudence, and regulations for the activities of legal clients, as well as develop and update a legal database for working groups, commissions, or other meetings concerning legal matters.A master's degree in law obtained in Switzerland and a license or certificate in law (essential) are required, along with 5 to 10 years of experience. With solid expertise in public law, including public service law, and health law, you possess analytical skills, can work independently, and have clear and precise writing abilities. You are rigorous in legal advice and solution-oriented. Proactive and dynamic, you have persuasive arguments when addressing varied audiences, both internal and external to the institution.
