For Raiffeisen Bank Moléson, a well-established local bank in the south of the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a person as X senior (m/f), customer officer CE Senior. What are your key responsibilities? Evaluate, approve or reject credit applications within the framework of competencies; the role is Back in Front/Back for non-technical partner cases (sparring partner) for customer advisors on financing issues. Identify and explain risks, propose solutions and internal guidelines, ensure direct accountability towards clients (except in cases regarding credit risk, without commercial objectives). Environment: Position in the 2nd Line of close collaboration with Front units and teams on projects related to the supervision of credit. What do you bring? Confirmed experience: Minimum of 5 years in analyzing and managing enterprise client credits (blank credit, real estate financing). Technical skills: Mastery of banking and risk standards. Expertise in risk management with experience in Recovery and/or real estate promotion, a higher professional qualification or diploma in banking/finance. Soft skills: Rigor, analytical mindset, critical sense. Excellent problem-solving skills and priority management.Languages: Fluent French, German and/or English - we work in a friendly environment.
