Senior Compliance OfficerIntroductionHELVO SA, a fintech company in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Senior Compliance Officer. As part of HELVO you ensure SMEs are onboarded and monitored in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way. You take ownership of day‑to‑day compliance execution, with a strong focus on KYC/KYT, white‑label partner and audit‑ready processes. This is a hands‑on senior role: you design, implement, monitor, document, and continuously improve compliance processes. You are responsible for ensuring all onboarded clients fully comply with applicable requirements.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include:- Design and run SME‑focused KYC/KYT onboarding flows for own products and white‑label partners.- Execute day‑to‑day compliance and ensure compliant client onboarding.- Perform due diligence, document and enhanced due diligence (EDD) and identify potential compliance issues.- Monitor clients using tools and targeted manual reviews.- Document decisions, flag anomalies, and maintain an audit‑ready compliance framework.- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Swiss financial and internal policies.- Developing, implementing and maintaining compliance programs and training.- Bring support and experience to employees on changes in laws, and industry standards and submitting reports to relevant authorities.The ideal candidate will possess the following:- Bachelor or Master s degree in Law, Finance, Audit or a related field.- Experience in a compliance role, preferably within FinTech, banking, or financial services, ideally with knowledge of Swiss financial regulations.- Compliance expertise in KYC/KYT, AML, and client onboarding.- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.- Effective analytical, and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English and French or German; Italian is a plus.- Professional certifications (e.g., CAS, CAMS, other) are an asset.- An ability to execute and own compliance processes independently.- Experience with compliance tools and manual reviews.At HELVO SA, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits, including:- Competitive salary.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.- A supportive and inclusive work environment.- 25 days per year.- Access to cutting-edge tools and technology.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to the success of HELVO SA, we encourage you to apply for the Senior Compliance Officer position.
