We are recruiting a Sales & Partnership Manager.Your mission:The Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial development of the hospital, the growth of its portfolio, and the strengthening of relationships with external partners. He/She ensures the promotion of the institution's medical services, optimizes flow and supports the overall positioning of the hospital in a competitive market.Sales/Commercial Development:- Define and implement the commercial strategy in agreement with the department management.- Promote the Hôpital de La Tour brand to the domestic/regional market and targeted markets, taking into account the medical specificities and competitive advantages (USP) of our establishment.- Identify new markets, segments, and business opportunities, and develop private clients, insurance companies, businesses, embassies, etc.- Prospect and develop a network of business introducers (referring doctors, medical agencies, partners abroad).- Maintain and strengthen trust-based relationships with our existing commercial partners and clients.- Contribute to the growth of the revenue volume associated.Specific Offer Implementation:- Participate, with the Marketing department, in the establishment of structured and dedicated offers based on the needs of our different partners and negotiate commercial conditions when necessary.- Organize visits and specific actions to enhance the visibility of the hospital and create links between our partners and us.- Participate in key events and meetings with our clients/partners internally.- Collaborate closely with the management and the teams and nurture the journey to ensure an optimal experience.- Inform management of market trends, benchmarks, and the needs of clients and reporting.- Develop a clear plan and monitor performance indicators (KPI) related to revenue volumes, with regular reports to management.- Conduct a competitive benchmark and analyze developments in the private healthcare market.We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:- A degree in management, commerce, healthcare management, or complementary studies in hospital management or public health is a plus.- 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the health sector, tourism, or high-end hospitality.- Proven experience in managing the operations of a private hospital and understanding the related challenges as well as those linked to continuous improvement and priority management.- Proficiency in office tools and excellent command of French and English (oral and written). Knowledge of German and other languages is a significant advantage.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Solid competencies in team management and the ability to work transversally and influence/convince.- High adaptability and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.- A keen commercial sense, proactivity, and team spirit.We offer:- Type of contract: Permanent- Percentage: 100% jideda3fc8aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
