We are currently structuring our marketing acquisition and internal processes to support our development.Sales Marketing AssistantYour role Under the supervision of the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the development of acquisition, sales, and internal processes.Marketing • Participate in B2B and B2C acquisition (inbound & outbound) • Create and drive prospecting sequences via Lemlist • Develop prospecting and B2B visibility on LinkedIn • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarks • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials Sales • Support the sales team in managing prospects and clients • Manage and structure the CRM (HubSpot) and ensure rigorous tracking of opportunities in HubSpot (acquisition KPIs) • Set up and optimize email campaigns and prepare clients • Participate in commercial events • Provide support related to Quality & Compliance • Document and optimize internal processes • Create tracking dashboards (acquisition, sales, performance) • Improve marketing and sales workflows • Ensure quality control of deliverables on internal projects Profile sought • Background: EHL, HEC or equivalent • First experience in acquisition marketing, or sales support • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Good understanding of B2B acquisition logic • Experience or strong interest in HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics • Structured mindset and performance-oriented • Rigor and attention to detail • Proactivity and autonomy • Very good writing skills • Analytical mind and dynamic entrepreneurial environment • Direct impact on the company's growth • Rapid responsibilities • Active in the development of an expanding brand Apply now!
