As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the development and management of sales within the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies for the Swiss market. Our client is a medium-sized company operating in the FMCG industry. Specializing in the production and distribution of food products, it benefits from a solid presence in the Swiss market. Responsibilities:You will actively contribute to the development and execution of the sales strategy in alignment with the overall company objectives. You will define and manage sales plans per client and will develop assortments suited to market needs. You will plan, monitor, and report on market sales performance while controlling volumes, revenue, and profitability. You will manage the sales and marketing budget and ensure its optimization. You will continuously optimize the client portfolio and assortments to strengthen the company's market presence. You will prepare reliable sales forecasts and implement corrective actions when necessary. You will develop your team by creating the conditions for them to perform and embodying a leadership style that promotes smooth and constructive management of internal stakeholders. You must have solid experience in sales and/or marketing management, as well as people management. You should hold a higher education degree in business, marketing, or a related field. You must have a perfect command of French (C1) and German (C1), and good knowledge of English (B2). You possess in-depth knowledge of commerce in the agri-food/FMCG sector and/or retail. You are familiar with retail management tools and have a thorough understanding of the sector.
