We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (M/F/D) for the electrical systems and home automation sector (lighting control, detectors, smart home). Your challenge

• You are responsible for the budget of your sales sector in French-speaking Switzerland.
• In collaboration with the sales management, you define the objectives and strategy to be adopted.
• The administrative service and product management assist you in preparing projects, offers, and tenders.
• Autonomous and organised, you manage your region using a CRM. Your interpersonal skills and expert advice allow you to build customer loyalty and sustainably develop your client portfolio.
• Your contacts are installers, planners, electrical engineering offices, and wholesalers. Your negotiation skills enable you to successfully close sales.

Your skills and experience

• With your technical experience in building (electrician or design planner), you perfectly understand the needs and language of your clients. Thanks to sales training and your many years of experience in this field, you have acquired the essential commercial skills. Ideally, you are already familiar with KNX/DALI networks or similar systems.
• Your charisma and positive communication inspire confidence. A skilled negotiator, you know how to close deals. Furthermore, your proficiency with IT tools (CRM, MS Office, iPad) combines organisation and responsiveness. Finally, you are motivated by achieving budget targets.
