Your responsibilities: Ensure the management of the service Manage and follow the files for ephemeral commercial spaces (collect and centralize requests for study within the service, manage scheduling and correspondence, coordinate requests with the Safety & Compliance service) Monitor the commercial and promotional actions of operators Ensure communication with certain prospects and operators (processing simple requests, client follow-up, dissemination of notes to operators) Write internal notes and minutes Update databases Actively participate in drafting documents generated by the service (specifications, contractual documents ...) Contribute to the analysis of tender documents or direct awards. You hold a commercial employee CFC and have a minimum of two years of experience in the field. You have an excellent command of standard tools (Microsoft Suite) Possess excellent writing skills Have good oral and written knowledge of English (B2 level) Demonstrate dynamism, flexibility, and proactivity Have a good sense of synthesis and rigor Show an ability to work synergistically with teams while ensuring autonomous management of responsibilities.
