Kanebo Cosmetics (Europe) Ltd. is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern France / UK / Travel Retail Europe (100%) to join our EMEA sales team for 6 or 12 months from May 2026

Start time: 1st May

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 100% Workload

Work Location: Kanebo Cosmetics (Europe) Ltd. Hofwiesenstrasse 349,Zurich Oerlikon, Switzerland

In this role, you will support our Marketing Manager in Sales and Marketing (B2B /D2C) for every field to expand the business, to increase the brand awareness and to obtain more loyal end-consumers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support with in-store/online promotions and visibility (360 campaign, visuals, newsletters, seasonal guidelines and implementation follow-up).
  • Arrange point of sales material shipments to various shops
  • Maintain and update CRM prices/products information/data base
  • Proofread campaign ads / propose text according to brand guidelines
  • Liaise with staffs (office & stores), retailers and suppliers to ensure smooth and successful launches
  • Support Sales Team in daily activities (invoices, analyses, forecast, birthday cards) and diverse projects/event
  • Monitor competitors e-visibility / e-activities

Conduct regular reviews and analyses of competitors (including their animations, launches, etc.) to gather insights and identify best practices.

 


What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent
:

  • Master student with a specialization in Marketing or Business (mandatory)
  • First experience in the luxury or beauty industry is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (mandatory) and English. Any other language is an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Social Media awareness for business and digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
  • You are a multi-tasker, proactive and able to work in fast-paced business environments.
  • Interest in Japanese culture
  • Eligible to Swiss Working Permit
