The Geneva Joint Commission for Secondary Work (CPSO) is an organization that brings together representatives and unions from Geneva. Its main mission is to safeguard and defend the interests of the secondary work sector. In particular, it must ensure compliance with the collective labor agreement for secondary work in the Romandy region. To this end, it conducts inspections in companies subject to the collective agreement and punishes violations by imposing conventional penalties (fines or warnings). The CPSO also acts as a collection center for professional contributions and early retirement and promotes professional training and development for companies and workers in the Secondary Work sector in Geneva. The CPSO wishes to strengthen its team by hiring a Salary Condition Auditor. Main Tasks:- Control the salary conditions applied in secondary work companies: - Analyze site inspection reports; - Analyze documents (such as work contracts, pay slips, time sheets, etc.) and verify their compliance with the sector’s collective agreement and note violations and calculate corresponding amounts; - Draft requests and adjustment requests; - Analyze evidence of compliance; - In collaboration with lawyers, initiate appropriate procedures and ensure their follow-up; - Monitor compliance with deadlines, send reminders and formal notices; - Report to the commission on violations; - Consult various databases.Profile:- You have experience in the fiduciary sector, auditing, human resources (payroll service) or a similar position;- You have a genuine interest in the social field and collective labor agreements;- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written;- You have a strong command of standard tools;- You are a Swiss national or possess a valid work permit;- You have a keen analytical sense, synthesis, and precision seeking, with a real passion for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring compliance;- You are comfortable in teamwork and feel capable of being on the ground and managing exchanges sometimes with confidence and professionalism;- You have a sense of discretion and perfect integrity;- You can work autonomously while collaborating with your colleagues and reporting to your supervisor;- You have a rigorous and organized approach;- You demonstrate dynamism, responsiveness, and proactivity.OUR EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:- Type of contract: indefinite duration- Work rate: 100%- Workplace: Geneva- Start date: To be agreedOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:If your profile matches the requirements and you are interested, please send us your complete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas) via email.
