Supervision, and definition of annual objectives for offers and procedures according to technical means. Management and monitoring of projects (deadlines, quality, internal/external resources) and implementation of corrective measures. Management of tools and maintenance of equipment and implementation of new methods and actions in line with QES directives and procedures concerning machines and protective equipment. Reporting of accidents, incidents, or dangerous situations. Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental protection standards.Your skills:Technical degree in a relevant profession in metal construction and NDT. Welding specialist IWS or equivalent deemed equivalent. Knowledge in non-destructive testing or COFREND. Experience of 3 to 5 years in industrial production. Proven experience in team management. Autonomy and sense of responsibility. Stress resistance, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
