Its headquarters is located in Rolle (VD) and concentrates all its services, employing over a hundred people.To complete the kitchen team of an establishment in the Jura, we are looking for a:Restaurant Manager / Chef at 100%We offer you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, providing excellent working conditions and social benefits.Role:You hold a position of responsibility offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant autonomously while benefiting from the tools and support of a large group. You ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunchtime services, as well as meal distribution. You design and plan varied and balanced menus. During events within the establishment, you ensure the smooth running of the service. Together with our dietitians, you guarantee the quality and satisfaction of clients, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety rules. As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff while ensuring budget management, inventory, and overall organization. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and compliance with the sanitation plan.Profile:You have confirmed experience in traditional cuisine and possess a true team spirit, consistency, and a strong taste for creativity. You have a sense of proposing gourmet and original culinary offers to energize our menu.
