As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales team and developing client relationships. Your role includes defining and implementing strategies to achieve objectives, driving business development in Switzerland by managing the complete sales cycle, developing relationships, and ensuring the success of key clients. You will join a Swiss player specialized in digital solutions for businesses. You will operate in a SaaS environment where reliability, data security, and managing high volumes of submissions are at the core of the activity. Missions: You will manage a client portfolio, from prospecting to developing and retaining clients by building solid and long-lasting relationships. You will lead the Swiss Romandy branch and support the team in its activities. You will develop and deploy acquisition and market development strategies in collaboration with key internal and external partners. You will plan your budget, track your KPIs, and make accurate forecasts to manage your activity. You will coordinate your actions with internal and external marketing teams to optimize lead generation and accelerate growth.Profile: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development. You have a proven successful experience in managing key accounts. You hold a higher education degree in business, economics/business management, or a related field. You master closing techniques, pipeline management, and Key Account Management. You demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, determination, ambition, and ease in your approach. You are fluent in French and German (C1), and have a good knowledge of English (B2).
