To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate and committed Area Sales Manager to lead one of our key regions in Switzerland and actively contribute to the development of our missions. Responsibilities:- Management and development of the client network- Develop and maintain solid and lasting relationships with our retail partners- Understand their needs, analyze their performances, and identify new business opportunities- Performance management- Define clear objectives with each client, aligned with the overall strategy- Monitor store KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, business development)- Identify new market opportunities and propose innovative growth avenues- Enhance the visibility and presence of our brands in your areaReporting & Sales- Prepare regular sales reports for management- Coordinate commercial actions: products, offers, events, promotions, and follow-up- Be proactive with new ideasProfile:- Strong sales culture and desire to take on challenges- Proven sales experience; a first successful experience in watchmaking is essential for this position- Availability for frequent travels (approximately 4 days a week in your region)- Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus- Team spirit and skills in commercial performance analysis- Very good mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and WordWe offer:- A dynamic environment and real opportunities for advancement and professional development- Great autonomy in your work- A good work-life balance- Benefits: Company car/electronics provided (iPhone + MacBook or iPad) jid33616dcaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
