Nurse who takes on the role of primary caregiver. Patients are at the center of care and participate actively in admission and care processes. You actively organize the structure of the day and leisure activities within the various offerings of the crisis intervention service. You participate in the development of the unit's concept and therapeutic offerings within the interdisciplinary team.
