Work location: Home Linde, Tinterin Position: Qualified Nurse / Social Worker Work rate: 60 to 80% The FAH-SEB is a Fribourg institution committed to welcoming and supporting adults with disabilities who have an intellectual deficit. It includes several integrated residential living spaces, in villas and day centers. Through a human, inclusive, and professional approach, it promotes the autonomy, inclusion, and integration of beneficiaries into society while positioning itself as a reference point in the canton. We welcome, host, and support around 120 individuals daily who present an intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders. We offer them medical and therapeutic support, as well as various activities in different fields.Responsibilities: - Support the Resident in daily activities of life - Ensure the follow-up of the Resident's life project - Maintain continuity of care - Guarantee personalized support - Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team - Manage tasks superior in specialization (IPC, HES, ES) or deemed equivalent and/or superior in health (HES, ES) or deemed equivalent - Experience in the field of disability - Committed, motivated personality comfortable with the tools required - Valid driving license Good knowledge of German: Are you interested in this new challenge?
