Volg Romandie offers you a position as Regional Sales Manager, immediately or by agreement. You are looking forward to these tasks: • Manage and develop several Volg subsidiaries in the canton of Vaud • Lead and support store managers to ensure effective store management in areas like personnel issues, product assortment, layout, and sales promotion actions and measures • Recruit employees and apprentices based on the Volg recruitment process in conjunction with human resources • Establish and implement objectives and targeted measures • Ensure Volg's presence in sales outlets • Monitor internal and external market developments and implement resulting initiatives • Ensure the flow of operations. We are looking forward to this profile: • Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in sales (preferably in food retail) with an additional qualification as a retail specialist or equivalent. • Several years of professional experience in retail (preferably in the food sector) • Good experience and knowledge in personnel management. • Social and professional skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility • Good knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level) • Available for daily professional travel within the canton of Vaud.
