What You'll Do
Lead HR strategies and processes across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy
Partner with managers on staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
Run end-to-end hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines
Support ongoing performance management and act as a trusted advisor to leaders
Design and coordinate learning and development programmes and track their effectiveness
Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and data accuracy
Manage compensation and benefits using market benchmarks
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adapt global HR policies to country requirements
What You Bring
Master's degree in HR, Economics, or related field, plus 8+ years of HR generalist experience
Experience in international environments with both operational and strategic HR tasks
Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law; experience with other European markets is a plus
Willingness to travel between sites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy
Proficiency with modern HR systems and data-driven decision-making
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work hands-on, manage multiple priorities, and build trust across teams
