What You'll Do

  • Lead HR strategies and processes across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy

  • Partner with managers on staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding

  • Run end-to-end hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines

  • Support ongoing performance management and act as a trusted advisor to leaders

  • Design and coordinate learning and development programmes and track their effectiveness

  • Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and data accuracy

  • Manage compensation and benefits using market benchmarks

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adapt global HR policies to country requirements

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in HR, Economics, or related field, plus 8+ years of HR generalist experience

  • Experience in international environments with both operational and strategic HR tasks

  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law; experience with other European markets is a plus

  • Willingness to travel between sites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy

  • Proficiency with modern HR systems and data-driven decision-making

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset

  • Ability to work hands-on, manage multiple priorities, and build trust across teams
