You ensure the accommodation of beneficiaries housed in apartments, contribute to the management of complexes, and actively participate in the development of projects promoting close collaboration with internal teams, municipalities, and the network. Your key missionsCoordinate the welcome of beneficiaries housed in the region and provide the necessary basic services to beneficiaries.Conduct inspections of apartments in collaboration with technical management.Coordinate actions in case of emergencies, complaints, or interventions by authorities.Take on a mediating role during conflicts involving beneficiaries.Establish individualized follow-up of accommodation projects in host families.Participate in projects in the field of support for migrants in apartments (AMA), particularly in connection with the Swiss Agenda.Fill in institutional monitoring tools and databases.Maintain and develop collaborations with internal partners, municipalities, and the network to improve migrants' access to civil society by developing regional initiatives and projects.Work autonomously while actively contributing to the team profileBachelor's degree in social sciences, political sciences, social work, or equivalent, or higher education in social work with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a transversal role related to civil society, including 2 years in management, with a strong interest in the field of social integration and knowledge of the political and regional landscape.Excellent communication skills and ease of interaction, resilience under stress, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities, driving license (frequent travel required).What EVAM X offers: A committed working environmentA telework policy5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50)Very good social benefitsMeaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural contextThe recruitment process in 3 steps: 1.
