Recruitment Consultant for Academic Work Geneva! Today, our Geneva office needs temporary support, which is why we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a period of 6 months. A strong company culture, uncompromising values, and a sincere commitment to making a difference.Tasks As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be involved in all stages of the process, from gathering client needs to supporting candidates throughout their journey. Your missions will include: - Understanding and analyzing our clients' needs in collaboration with the Account Manager - Attracting the best talents through the writing of punchy and relevant job postings - Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates according to our standards - Presenting relevant profiles and preparing complete files for clients - Managing follow-ups with consultants: permits, and monitoring consultants on assignment, and maintaining a sustainable relationship with clients We are looking for: - 0-3 years of professional experience with client contacts - Initial experience in recruitment is a plus - Perfect mastery of French (native language) as well as a very good level of English (C1 minimum) - Digital at heart, autonomous, and proficient with tools - Above all, we seek an organized person with attention to detail, goal-oriented, possessing a strong ability to stay on course, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, positive energy, and a great capacity to calmly manage the recruitment process Personality and logic test (15 min) First contact by phone (10 minutes) Interview with a Recruiter Interview with the Hiring Manager and the Branch Manager Welcome to our team! jid0b89704aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
