As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading real estate projects, from the construction phase to the acceptance of work (SIA 32 to 53), across various types: heavy, new constructions, and renovations. Your role is to ensure overall coherence, adherence to the objectives (contractual, technical, financial), and project management responsibilities. Its culture is based on trust, transparency, dialogue, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, supported by modern and flexible working conditions.Responsibilities:- Leadership and responsibility for the process of and managing the works for the sites and projects, from the construction phase to the acceptance of work based on requests from prospects and site management.- Coordination of specialized companies and the heavy works process, new projects, and renovations according to different models (Total Enterprise, General Contractor, or Project Management), including management of resources and budgets.- Support in negotiations with prospects from the due diligence phase to the drafting of contractual agreements (lease, follow-up agreement) and ensuring responsibility for financial plans with the support of the team and the monitoring and responsibility of existing budgets for the development of sites and new projects.Requirements:- Degree in civil engineering or architecture (HES/EPF type or equivalent).- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the French-speaking part of Switzerland in the development and management of large projects, with desired experience in industrial, mixed, or residential projects.- Strong command of ET/EG models and contractual management oriented towards current practices.
