For our partner, a recognized institutional player in strong growth in the real estate sector, we are looking for a Real Due Diligence Officer to strengthen its Asset Management department. This key position is at the heart of acquisition and real estate asset management decisions, with frequent travel depending on the address. It particularly targets professionals in real estate or asset management with solid field and analytical experience (property management or real estate analysis) who wish to evolve in a transversal and high value-added role, in direct connection with the Due Diligence Officers. In the Asset Management department, you play a central role in analyzing and monitoring real estate acquisitions. Your main responsibilities include active participation in real estate acquisition due diligence for all types of site visits, lease analysis, risks and opportunities, analyzing maintenance needs and investment requirements, as well as compiling all technical and due diligence-related data, and defining and monitoring asset management processes. You will follow the onboarding and closing processes with external partners (brokers, experts, authorities) and collaborate closely with Asset Managers and Property Managers to ensure smooth transitions in specific sales scenarios, interventions in support of an Asset Manager’s needs.Your profile includes confirmed professional experience of at least 2 years in property management, asset management, or a comparable real estate environment; a federal diploma; bilingualism in French/German (oral and written); a good level of English required; excellent knowledge of the Swiss market; ease in analyzing real estate data and monitoring assets; availability for frequent travel in German-speaking Switzerland; mastery of common office tools (Microsoft Office); analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and excellent positioning within an institutional real estate environment.
