To support the development of our Credit Office & Recovery service in Lausanne, we are looking for an autonomous personality with objectives for a senior real estate position (m/f/d) to be filled immediately or according to real estate (m/f/d). What do you bring for all types of properties: Advice and support for the Front units regarding the field of real estate and a network of experts, and participation in meetings or events at the Swiss headquarters completed in the field of real estate (federal certificate as a real estate expert or equivalent). Expertise for all types of properties (residential, commercial, artisanal/industrial, special, DDP, development value). A professional experience in architecture or construction would be appreciated, French language proficiency with a good command of German (oral and written).
