For our client, a renowned real estate company in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant. This is a permanent position (full-time: 100%) to be filled quickly. Real Estate Accountant (M/F) Your accounting profile (Federal Diploma or university degree), Confirmed experience (min. 3 to 5 years) in accounting in Switzerland, Knowledge of accounting specifics related to real estate (rents, provisions, condominium management, etc.) and Swiss VAT, Mastery of standard tools (Abaimmo X plus), Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, A good sense of responsibility: Maintenance of the real estate accounting of portfolios (rents, charges, statements, etc.), Ensuring the reliability of financial data (P&L and Balance Sheet), Preparing financial reports for institutional owners, Management of VAT and monitoring of interim and annual closures, Establishment of charge and heating statements, Follow-up on payments, reconciliations, and ongoing management of accounting processes.
