Responsibilities Your main tasks will be as follows: Issue rent invoices and ensure accurate financial tracking of collections, oversee reminders, and manage disputes. Prepare charge statements while ensuring compliance with deadlines and current procedures. Work closely with the sales team on all financial matters related to brands. Utilize SAP RE/FX for all accounting and real estate management tasks. Support the accounting manager on various projects, analyses, or ad hoc tasks as needed. Profile: 5 years of experience in a role related to real estate accounting, ideally within a comprehensive professional environment (CFC) or an equivalent qualification in the field of accounting. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Proven proficiency in SAP RE/FX, applied to real estate accounting management. Strong familiarity with MS Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and Outlook. Rigor, autonomy, and a sense of organization with the ability to manage priorities and work in a structured manner.
