Controller in the railway sectorSpeno SA is a company specialized in the development, construction, and sale of special trains for track maintenance worldwide. To complement our current team, we are looking for a Controller in the railway sector for the Geneva site.Your missionIn a context, you manage track maintenance sites with clients from various markets and ensure the availability of our fleet of working machines. You are the permanent link between our crews, our clients, and headquarters, and you are responsible for safety rules on our sites. You perform various responsibilities such as the technical management of worksites, maintenance, and preventive actions for our work trains, cost management, monitoring contractual relationships with clients, and resource management.Main activities- Implement service agreements with clients, and guarantee safety rules on worksites.- Monitor the progress of work on sites in compliance with cost and deadline objectives.- Ensure communication with clients, manage complaints, and adapt to technical developments.- Organize maintenance, repairs, and revisions of the fleet in accordance with cost and deadline objectives.- Monitor vehicles within the framework of the 4th railway package.- Manage and develop the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) as well as ERP management.- Establish and monitor budgets.Your profileYou are a technician or engineer, mechanical or electrical, with knowledge of railway vehicles appreciated. Experience in site management and/or maintenance is required. Desired knowledge of ECM levels 3 and 4 in fleet management. Proficiency in German, English, and French; mastery of a 4th language is essential.You are comfortable communicating, demonstrating analytical skills and a sharp sense. You are not only a planner but a doer. You know how to manage multiple tasks in parallel by establishing the right priorities and remaining available.
