Philippe SA Geneva Quality Manager Philippe SA Geneva Quality Manager (M/F) Mission In this role, in our Movement Components Division, you will identify and analyze movement component products manufactured and ensure the quality level for our customers through the implementation of monitoring plans, the handling of non-conformities through root cause analysis, and the establishment of corrective and preventive actions by verifying their effectiveness through quality audits. Responsibilities Identify and analyze products. Address non-conformities through root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Apply quality tools, problem-solving methodology (8D, QRQC, 5P, etc.), and participate in job audits based on findings. Support our team by defining methods, control mechanisms, and providing guidance to concerned individuals. Constitute, animate, and lead multidisciplinary working groups. Participate in research projects. Profile Required Degree in Micromechanics with a focus on quality or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a Quality Department, ideally in the watch industry. Proficiency in quality tools (8D, QRQC, Pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, PDCA, 5P...), analysis, and problem-solving. Ability to lead multidisciplinary team projects.
