We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Quality (H/F). Your mission: On behalf of a prestigious watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva, we recruit a Quality (H/F) to strengthen the teams in the Quality department. You play a central role in the deployment and monitoring of quality standards within a production sector. As a true field reference, you actively contribute to the mastery of aesthetic and technical criteria of components. Responsibilities: - Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and requirements in your area. - Ensure the consistency of control methods and guarantee compliance. - Liaise between production teams and the quality service in case of deviations or non-compliance. - Conduct job audits and check the compliance with established procedures. - Participate in the assessment of the aesthetic criteria of the parts and their evolution. - Facilitate regular quality points and establish weekly reporting. - Support, train, and assist the inspectors and the sector to maintain a high level of requirements. - Contribute to continuous improvement and propose concrete actions. Profile: Your profile - Degree in the watchmaking field. - Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in quality control in the watchmaking sector. - Excellent mastery of aesthetic control and quality tools. - Very good reading of technical plans and good visual acuity. - Proficiency with common tools. - Experience in supporting or leading a team is an asset. - Team spirit, rigor, and analytical skills. - Proactive and committed to continuous improvement. - Ability to rally around quality requirements.
