As part of reinforcing its production activities, we are looking for a Quality specialist dedicated to supporting field teams and continuous skill development on quality aspects, particularly aesthetics. Supervise and guarantee quality compliance within the production sector, in close collaboration with quality referents. Standardize and evolve control processes, ensuring uniformity of reference systems and methods applied. Identify and report quality deviations or incidents, acting as a liaison with quality teams. Conduct internal audits to ensure the proper functioning of control processes. Participate in defining and establishing aesthetic criteria for components, hold regular quality meetings, and develop summary reports for management. Guide and support inspectors in their skill development regarding quality standards. Actively contribute to continuous improvement by proposing ideas on quality standards and tools. degree in microtechnology, mechanics, or equivalent.
