For our client located in Geneva, we are actively looking for a Buyer for a permanent position.Main missions:- Provide advice and support to internal clients throughout the procurement cycle: analysis of sourcing requests and supplier performance management.- Collaborate with technical experts for complex or non-standard cases, ensure the technical viability of requests, and propose continuous improvement areas.- Develop appropriate procurement strategies following in-depth analysis; prepare complex calls for tenders via the platform; draft and negotiate contracts in compliance with rules and procedures.- Respond to requests for information during the tender phase.- Participate in related tasks, notably the maintenance of the system.Skills and qualifications required:- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of public procurement.- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).- Confirmed experience in the procurement of goods and services.- Knowledge of ERP systems.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical management skills.- Keen sense of customer service and proactive approach in seeking solutions.- Flexibility, autonomy, and rigor.If this offer interests you, do not hesitate to send us your application (CV, work certificates, and diplomas)! jid1682f15aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
