The main mission of the Romande Clinic (CRR) of Suva is the care of accident victims. In addition to traditional disciplines in neurology and the musculoskeletal system, the CRR offers specialized services in French-speaking Switzerland for paraplegics/quadriplegics, burn victims, technical orthopedics, and to complement our team, we are looking for a Psychologist Psychotherapist. Mission- Ensure psychotherapeutic care for hospitalized patients, individually and in groups, in the fields of neurology and the musculoskeletal system.- Participate in care according to service needs.- Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and therapeutic teams in an interdisciplinary model.- Ensure follow-up of files (reports, clinical).- Actively participate in continuing education, supervisions, and clinical reflection activities of the service.- Contribute to the smooth operation and outreach of the Psychotherapy service and the Clinic.Profile- Master's (MSc) in clinical psychology (or an equivalent federally recognized title).- MAS in psychotherapy, or postgraduate training in psychotherapy in progress.- Solid knowledge and experience in the field.- Strong interest in working in a hospital environment and in a multidisciplinary team.- Comfortable supporting severely impaired individuals in terms of physical integrity.- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in French, both oral and written (minimum B2 level).- Familiarity with standard tools (Windows environment, Word, Outlook).Our Offer- Long-term support for patients: Track their progress and contribute directly to their return to autonomy.- Enriching environment: Collaborate with experts from various fields in a continuous approach: Access a wide range of training opportunities to enhance your skills and develop your career.- Dynamic team: Work in a supportive environment where efforts are recognized and valued.- Social benefits: High social contributions, numerous social advantages, parking space, and much more.Start date: as soon as possible.
